What does a turnkey house include?

We take care of everything from the architectural design, project documentation and building permit to the complete construction and handover of the finished house. One reliable partner guides you through the whole process.

How much does a modern turnkey house cost?

Prices start at approximately CZK 15 million. The final price depends mainly on the size of the house, the chosen standard and the conditions of the plot. You know the exact budget before construction begins.

Can I come with my own architect or project?

Yes. We usually work with the renowned studio Atelier Kareš, with whom we have a proven design and construction process. However, we are happy to build on your own design, study or finished project.

How are payments structured?

Payments are made in stages as the work is completed. Their amounts and dates are set in advance in the contract, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

How long does the build take?

The duration depends on the size and complexity of the house. Before construction starts, you receive a clear schedule including the planned handover date.
